AVAILABILITY Our field trip option is only available outside of our regular hours, since you get the facility all to yourself. Click the request to book button to view all available dates/times. WHAT CAN YOU DO DURING YOUR FIELD TRIP? All field trips can choose to allow students to explore our Play Labs and/or Pottery Painting Studio. For a brief description of each, see below: Play Labs - Hands-on activities, built on research, that help kids & kids at heart exercise their creativity in a fun learning environment. Special discounted admission of $5/student for field trips! Detailed info here: https://www.creativeadventurelab.org/play-labs Pottery Painting Studio - We recommend field trip groups paint figurines at the $10/item price point. We've found these figurines are a great option to allow your students to experience pottery painting, give them a lot of different items to choose from, and still allow plenty of time for them to explore our Play Lab activities after painting. We do ask that one person pick up all of the painted pieces for your group (ready to pick up 7 days after painting). Detailed info here: https://www.creativeadventurelab.org/pottery-painting COST $5/student for Play Lab Admission $10/figurine for Pottery Painting Studio (you can select higher or lower cost items too). You can do either or both of these activities during your field trip. There is a $100 minimum field trip charge and all admission and pottery painting purchases count toward meeting this minimum charge. Example 1: If you have 20 students that do Play Labs and 5 that paint $10 pottery items, then your group total would be $150 (20x$5 for play lab admission and 5x$10 for pottery items.) You'd surpassed the $100 minimum and your final charge would be $150. Example 2: If you have 10 students and they all do Play Labs, then your admission total would be $50 (10x$5) and you would not have met the $100 minimum, so your final charge would be adjusted to $100. HOW TO PAY You can pay for the activities your students actually do in person at the end of your field trip, or we can send an invoice. FOOD & DRINKS You're welcome to bring food & drinks (remember to bring plates/cups/utensils). You'll need to keep all food and drinks in our general seating area to help keep our Play Labs clean and we ask that you help clean up the area when students are done eating.

Cancellation Policy

We will only issue a refund if you cancel at least 72 hours (5 days) before the scheduled start of your class or workshop, with absolutely no exceptions. This policy gives us enough time to fill your spot and ensures we can keep our class tuition prices among the lowest in the midwest.
