AVAILABILITY Our private party option is only available outside of our regular hours, since you get the facility all to yourself. Click the request to book button to view all currently available dates/times. WHAT CAN YOU DO DURING YOUR PARTY? All parties can choose to allow guests to explore our Play Labs and/or Pottery Painting Studio. For a brief description of each, see below: Play Labs - Hands-on activities, built on research, that help kids & kids at heart exercise their creativity in a fun learning environment. View detailed info here: https://www.creativeadventurelab.org/play-labs Pottery Painting Studio - Pick from hundreds of ceramic items to create your own masterpiece! All finished pieces are food, microwave, and dishwasher safe. These pieces get fired in our kiln and you'll need to pick up completed pieces, which will be ready 7 days after your party. View detailed info here: https://www.creativeadventurelab.org/pottery-painting COST Play Labs are $10/child (no charge for adults), Pottery Painting items range in price from $10 and up, with most between $13-$20. There is a $200 minimum charge. All admission and pottery painting purchases count toward your $200 minimum party charge. If you do not exceed the $200 minimum you'll need to pay the balance when the party ends. Example 1: If you have 24 guests and they all do Play Labs, then your admission total would be $240 and you'd have surpassed the $200 minimum, so your final charge would just be the $240 admission charges. Example 2: If you have 10 guests and they all do Play Labs, then your admission total would be $100 and you would not have met the $200 minimum, so your final charge would be adjusted to $200. HOW TO PAY You pay for the activities your guests do during or at the end of your party. You can pay for everyone or have party guests pay individually. FOOD & DRINKS You're welcome to bring food & drinks (also remember to bring plates/cups/utensils). You'll need to keep all food and drinks in our general seating area to help keep our Play Labs clean. We do not have a fridge or freezer available. DECORATIONS You are welcome to bring decorations for your party and will have access to our facility 30 minutes before your party is scheduled to start in order to set up. We provide a variety of magnets and metal strips are installed in several locations to help you mount hanging decorations (no tape or sticky tac). You will need to remove all decorations when your party is over.

Cancellation Policy

We will only issue a refund if you cancel at least 72 hours (5 days) before the scheduled start of your class or workshop, with absolutely no exceptions. This policy gives us enough time to fill your spot and ensures we can keep our class tuition prices among the lowest in the midwest.
