WHAT'S A PLAY MEMBERSHIP?​
Creative Adventure Lab features play-based experiences that help foster creativity and innovation among children and adults. With a Family Play Membership, you receive complimentary admission to our Play Labs and the ability to borrow toys from The Toy Box!
WHAT DOES A SCHOLARSHIP PROVIDE?
Our scholarship program provides a complimentary, 1-year Family Play Membership for qualifying families (a $180 value). For scholarship purposes, a family is defined as two or more persons residing at the same address.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR A SCHOLARSHIP?
Generally, anyone who qualifies for the free or reduced-fee school lunch program will qualify for a family play scholarship. If you're not sure, simply fill out the application form below and we'll review it to see if you qualify.
HOW DO I APPLY?
To apply, simply fill out the short application form below. We'll review your application and let you know if you're approved. Review can take up to 3 weeks and we may request additional income verification information during our review process. Once you've been approved, you may begin visiting Creative Adventure Lab immediately.
