As we reopen our facility to the public, our #1 consideration is providing a safe environment for you and your family.

Below is an overview of the adjustments we're making to provide a safe learning environment for you and your family.

The pandemic is putting significant financial strain on many small businesses, and we're no exception. As a local nonprofit organization, we're doing our best to remain open, so we can continue to provide high quality creative experiences to you and your family.

If you've enjoyed having Creative Adventure Lab in this community, please consider becoming a sustaining donor.

Until schools are back to regular, we are offering supervised study halls for students in grades 1-6, in order to provide a safe learning environment for kids and help parents get back to work. During this time, our regular classes will be offered less frequently, in order to dedicate our resources to this special community effort.

To explore our hands-on creative play activities, visitors need to register for playtime sessions in advance. Each session allows you to explore all our informal learning activities, plus our staff will also conduct a pottery painting demonstration, lead a fun activity, and even give you a chance to rope in and tackle our two-story climbing wall (at no extra cost). You can also purchase and paint pottery during any playtime session. Playtime sessions start August 3, 2020.

We’re expanding our selection of instructed youth, family, and adult classes. These classes provide a fully facilitated experience that helps build creativity and innovation skills.

On most Friday evenings you can register to participate in a relaxed, adult-only experience. Choose from hundreds of pottery items to paint or work on one of our fun creativity kit projects. We conduct a free pottery painting demo at the beginning of every social night, to help you get some creative inspiration. This is the perfect activity for date night, a friends outing, or simply to unwind and explore your own creativity. You’re welcome to bring snacks and beverages (adults age 21+ can bring alcoholic beverages to enjoy responsibly).

We’ll be following health & safety guidelines to ensure our facility and materials are sanitized regularly. During your visit, you’ll check out any small piece materials you want to play with (like LEGO bricks, light pegs, magnetism components, etc) and return them when you’re done. This allows us to fully sanitize them in our UV light cabinet between uses. Also, all Creative Adventure Lab staff will wear masks and we ask visitors to as well.

All annual passes will have 3 months added to their original expiration date. Pass holders will get a 100% discount on playtime sessions by using one of the following promo codes when you register online. You'll need to show your annual pass when you arrive or you'll be charged the regular price.

Basic pass holders use the following codes:

Family Playtime Code: familypass

Toddler Playtime Code: toddlerpass

Premium pass holders use the following codes:

Family Playtime Code: familypass

Toddler Playtime Code: toddlerpass

Climbing Playtime Code: climbingpass

Unfortunately, with all the changes to how we offer programming, we're not selling any new annual passes going forward. Instead, you may want to consider becoming a Sustaining Donor, which supports our mission of creativity and provides some great thank-you perks.
